Location. Housed in a 17th-century mansion, the Room Mate Migueletes is a renovated, traditional Andalusian property located in the Albayzin area, declared a heritage site by UNESCO. The Alhambra and Granada's cathedral are both within 500 metres of the hotel, and Granada Airport is situated 14 kilometres away, approximately half an hour by car. Expert Tip. Sacromonte Abbey, located 1.5 kilometres from the hotel, was founded in 1600 and is built over Roman catacombs. The Abbey is the site for the Festival of San Cecilio, celebrated on the 1st February in honour of the city's first bishop and Granada's patron saint.
