Great Paella Show Cooking

The Paella show cooking was amazing! Learned so much more than I was expecting, and the paella was delicious! The views from the terrace are also incredible. I highly recommend the experience for everyone, especially people who like to cook!

This was a great experience that I would highly recommend. I’m a solo traveler and not much of a cook either. But was keen to see how to make a real paella, my favourite Spanish dish. The exhibition was friendly, engaging and intimate. We learned how to cook a good paella. What tips to do and to avoid. And of course we ate the product of the lesson - delicious. I can strongly recommend for solo travellers, couples or groups. The format would suit anyone.

Fun Paella Cooking Class

Antionio provided an excellent demonstration of how to prepare and cook Paella. We arrived at our meeting point and were escorted to the top floor, where tables and chairs were arranged around the cooking area. Each couple or group had a cheese and meat tray at their table, along with wine. Antionio provided an in-depth background on preparing the different ingredients for making Paella. He also taught us several technics during the cooking process to ensure that our Paella turned out as expected. After the Paella was prepared, it was now time to eat. We moved outside to tables that provided a great view of the river and city.
All in all, we had a great time and enjoyed our Paella cooking class. Antionio made it a fun and enjoyable evening. If you are interested in learning how to cook Paella correctly, sign up for this class. You will not be disappointed, in my opinion. Antionio knows his stuff!

Full sensory experience!

Loved the history and the cooking tips! We can now identify “weird” paella! Fun night, apps of cheese and a spectacular tortilla for those of us that don’t eat beef/pork. Wine and sangria were fantastic. Amazing view on rooftop even in cooler cloudy weather was a hit. Enough time to sit and enjoy the meal and meet new company. Full sensory experience! Easy to find; just wait the guide at the doors!

We didn't know what to expect, we've never booked anything like this before, but we are so glad we did! Antonio was funny and informative, we learned a lot about how to make paella as well as the history of the dish, all whilst sipping wine and having a laugh with the rest of the group (15 of us so not too big).
Then we ate on the rooftop terrace with a glass of sangria...beautiful!
Would definitely recommend this friendly, lovely experience - we immediately booked to go back and do their sangria tasting in a few days! (We are a family with uni aged kids, we all loved it)
