INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!

If you are in Sevilla and are looking for a fun and memorable experience I highly recommend booking a paella and sangria rooftop experience with La Terraza del Cristina. Antonio, the host, is incredible and teaches you so much about the history of paella and sangria while you enjoy the beautiful 360 views of Sevilla! The paella and sangria is also delicious!! So much fun and a key experience I had in Sevilla!

Antonio did a wonderful job making us feel welcomed and comfortable. We enjoyed the snacks and wine while he showed us how he made paella. Eating the delicious paella rooftop was a fun experience. The white wine sangria was the best I have ever had! Loved the experience and highly recommend it. Our 16yr old boy and 18yr old girl also enjoyed it.

Overall wonderful experience. Antonio was professional, knowledgeable, passionate, and spoke great English. The show cooking made it manageable to recreate a great paella dish for anyone (and tasted great). There was responsive and clear communication from the team for arrival time and location. Two thumbs up for the whole experience.
A ‘must do’ experience

Antonio was a very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and fun host who ensured that we (a group of 8 middle-aged men) had a really good experience. Our glasses were constantly refilled with wine or sangria which obviously enhanced our experience. His cooking tips were clear and really helpful. The time passed very quickly and the real piece de la resistance came when we went out on to the balcony to eat the paella and were then blown away by the fantastic views across the river and city. We stayed there eating and drinking as long as we wanted with our glasses refilled. A perfect way to spend 2-3hrs.

Antonio was a great host - interesting and informative - fabulous paella!!! Learnt lots of tips about cooking the perfect paella - met some lovely people - and ate the best paella ever out on the roof terrace!!

The rooftop where we ate our lunch had a great view of the river.

Great experience. The chef was very knowledgeable and made the class interesting by getting everyone involved. The only thing that would have improved it is if we were also taught how to make sangria.
