Impressive San Dionisio Chapel

It was a super complete tour, full of anecdotes that made the visit super enjoyable as well as interesting.
At the end of the tour we were able to see the old studen chapel. A real show!

We had already visited the Abbey on another occasion, but we had never had the opportunity to see the student rooms, its old dining room, the chapel...etc

The experience was amazing! I truly recommend it if you wanna spend a good time with your friends or family. I went with some friends and we enjoyed the beautiful views and the monument. The people was so nice with us and it was easy to park which was great for us.

Molto bello... interessante. Costa molto poco 5€ e ne vale la pena. Audioguida includa nel costo spiega la storia di questa abbazia in via di ristrutturazione del piano superiore. Chiostro ed interni belli. Ripeto 5€ valgono tutti...
Stunning situation and interesting history

Arrived late in the day, having seen it in the distance and not known what it was. Fascinating story of fake documents ( ‘lead books’) which when revealed as fake, led to the halting of the massive building project. Find the holy caves where a saint was said to have been martyred. Excellent viewpoint outside

The abbey is pleasant quiet place. You can learn here about its importance to christianity in Granada area, both in the ancient history and the current times. Listen crefully to any mention of the "Lead Books", it explains you a lot. E.g. why are ther so many Stars of David? You can also enjoy both traditional and modern christianity inspired artworks as well.

At the time of our visit the place was opend since 10.00 to 14.00 and then since 15.30 to 19.00. Tours are self-guided, you can download the audioguide, but be aware - inside the abbey there is almost none mobile data signal and the local free wifi works just in a +/- 5 m petrimeter of the ticket office, then weaknes rapidly.
