Fantastic wines and more:)

this was definitely the best tasting experience thanks to my wonderful host Mara! as there was a special event in town, she asked me if I wanted to there with her instead and this was my best decision in Cordoba: i ended up not only tasting an endless variety of exclusive wines from not only Andalusia but also la Rioja, but also best quality olive oil, Bellota ham, cheese, olives and many more delicacies

We had a fun and entertaining evening with José tasting local wines and cheeses from around Cordoba. We learnt alot about Cordoban specialities as well as some local history, highly recommend :-).

Local Wine Tasting Experience

Great experience from a soon to be Master of Wine! You get to delve deep into the history and the process of making wine from the Pedro Ximenez grape. You get to try all the different wines that are made from this versatile grape and if you splurge for the food pairing part your experience will be elevated to the next level. Would definitely recommend and would reach out to Mara whenever I'm back in Cordoba for more experiences!!

It was a pleasure to meet Mara. The first day she noticed I was limping and was so positive and reassured me that she too had similiar injury and I needed time. But woikd get better!!! The tour was very unexpected. I learned so much about the area of around Cordoba and the unique wines from this region…I also recommend her olive oil tour too!

We had such a fun experience at this excellent wine and cheese pairing in a unique location. Jose looked after us so well, he was a wonderful host and very attentive. We learned a lot about the delicious products Córdoba has to offer. Thank you Jose for a memorable evening.

Good introduction to Spanish wines

We met with Matti at a small boutique hotel/restaurant for the wine and cheese tasting. She contacted us before because she had changed the location and gave us good details to find the place. It was a darling hotel and the tasting room was charming. Matti herself is very sweet and knows her wine. She gave us tastes of six different wines and paired them with cheeses. Her explanations were done in English and Spanish which she hopped back and forth from with ease. Our experience took about two hours and we left knowing more than when we met her. It’s was a good time!
