Everything I expected and more

The guide, Francisco, was right outside the dock waiting for us. He was professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. The trip to Seville was comfortable and Francisco kept us informed of all the important sights on the way there. Once in Seville, our group was split into two to make it more manageable. The other guide was also extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. The explanations and history behind The Alcazar were clear, interesting and anecdotal. I highly recommend this tour.

WE had very pleasant experience, a lot of information and interesting facts.

Our driver, Raul, was great on time...

Our driver, Raul, was great on time and a very interesting guy spoke very good English and was very accomodating he stayed with us until we met up with our guide in Seville and after the city tour met us where it was convenient for us.

Naomi maybe mispelled was a City tour guide and was EXCELLENT she really knew her stuff and was very accomdating to our wishes and was very knowledgeable about the Seville and tourist interests

Though we absolutely loved visiting Seville, we were very disappointed in our tour. We booked a private tour, but that is not what we had. We had difficulty finding our driver in the morning and this made us late. We were then told all the private tours that were booked from our cruise ship would be put together as one...that is not what we paid for. We will be going back to Seville in the fall, but truthfully have concerns about booking this again the way we did.

While we enjoyed our day there was much that could have been better. The driver who picked us up should have explained the agenda. We had no idea he wasn't our guide for quite a while. Our guide in Seville was good enough but he left us at the palace without telling us we didn't need to stand in the long line. There was a separate line for those with reservations. That cost us time inside. Our driver did, however, give us a quick, informative tour of Cadiz before dropping us off, which we appreciated.

It was raining and the car broke down. For the money we paid, we are used to much nicer cars. The car was equivalent to a prius and a little old. The driver was very nice. We spent a lot of time trying to find him after we toured something. Loved the Spanish Square. The castle was nothing to write home about. Lots of transitions in the castle. There is no furniture or art work. The castle gardens needed to be weeded and landscaped. Probably the worst viator we’ve ever been on.
