Overview

This opportunity lets you explore a world heritage site, Doñana National Park, in 4X4 vehicle small group tour.

Take the day to explore Doñana which houses the most biodiversity of any national park in Europe. Home to over 300 different species of birds this park excursion allows any bird watcher to explore beyond their dreams. Also, make sure you are keeping a look out for the Iberian Lynx, Imperial eagle, and Spur-thighed Tortoise, just to name a few of the other inhabitants of Doñana.

Take a chance to experience the largest pristine beach in Europe. Also we will take our 4X4 through the unique village of El Rocio. Every year this village´s population swells to over 1.3 million as it is one of the main stops for people taking the pilgrimage through Spain.

Look up at the unbelievable architecture of the beautiful white church as we pass through this historic village.

The guide will pick you up at the closest meeting point to your accommodation. Pick up points are: Calle Trajano nº6, at the Hotel Don Paco (Plaza Padre Jerónimo de Córdoba nº4) and in Calle Rastro, 12A.

Our first stop will be the Sevillian town of Puebla del Río: the ecosystem around the town is very important because is the only area in Donana where the birds can find water easily all the year round, since a huge extension of rice fields grow every spring and summer here.

Than the trip will continue untill the hermitage of El Rocío, an evocative village of other times where a typical atmosphere of other centuries is recreated, with its sandy streets traveled by horses and people on foot.

You will visit than the impressive Palacio del Acebrón next to the Arroyo de la Rocina.
