What To Expect

Seville is the capital of the Andalusia region in southern Spain. The city is famous for flamenco dancing, especially in the Triana district. The main monuments include the ornate Alcázar castle complex, built during the Moorish dynasty Almóada, and the eighteenth-century bullring called Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza. Gothic-style Seville Cathedral houses the tomb of Christopher Columbus and a minaret that became a bell tower, the Giralda.

The Basilica of Santa Maria da Esperanca Macarena, also popularly known as the Basilica of the Macarena, is a Catholic temple located at 1 Bécquer Street in the San Gil neighborhood of the Casco Antiguo district of Seville (Spain).
